TELLURIDE– Do you remember the 13th night of September? Well you should, it’s actually pretty freaky this year.

Sept. 13, 2019 falls on a Friday. That in itself isn’t too crazy, it even happens again this December. But this Friday the 13th also happens to fall on a full moon. This is the first time this has happened in 13 years.

The full moon has been often associated with creepy stuff and uneasy feelings. Probably the most well-known example of this are werewolves, men transformed into wolf-like beasts under the full moon’s light.

Friday the 13th has been seen as an unlucky or dangerous date. This is largely because of 13 being seen as an unlucky number, and the Friday the 13th film franchise.

Doubling the 13, the date and years since this last happened, along with a full moon could be a dangerous combo. My recommendation? Be safe tomorrow. Don’t do anything that involves luck like entering the lottery. If you were planning on going somewhere with murderers, don’t.
